Delivery Policy


Glorissa Beauty's standard order processing time is 2-3 business days. Should there be high order volume due to sales or special occasions, delays may be expected.

Singapore Orders

You may choose any of the following delivery options when placing your order:

  1. Normal Local Mail (No Tracking)
  • You may choose to have your items shipped via Singpost's Normal Local Mail.
  • Should you choose this option, there will be no tracking number provided and Glorissa Beauty will not be responsible for any lost mail or damaged items during shipping.
  • Charges for Normal Local Mail range from $0.60 - $3.35, depending on the weight of the items, which will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Should there be no delays by Singpost, you can expect to receive your order in approximately 5-7 business days after you order has been shipped.
  • Should an incorrect address be provided resulting in misplaced or returned mail, Glorissa Beauty will not be responsible for any misplaced parcels or additional mailing costs. Should you not wish to pay for additional mailing costs, your order will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
  1. Standard Courier
  • Enjoy complimentary courier on all orders with a nett purchase of S$50.00 and above in a single order.
  • Local courier fee is based on a flat-rate per delivery.
  • You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 business days after your order has been shipped.
  • Our courier partner will contact you should you be unavailable during delivery, provided you provide a valid mobile number during checkout.
  • We will also update you with your tracking number once your parcel has been shipped and you can track your parcel online.
  • Should you have chosen to ship your order via standard courier and received your order damaged, please keep the damaged item(s), along with all packaging (eg. envelope, box, bubble wrap). On a case by case basis, the courier company may issue a refund for the damaged item(s) and may collect the damaged item(s), along with the packaging, from you. If the damaged item(s) and packaging has been disposed of, Glorissa Beauty will be unable to pursue a claim with the courier company, and no refund will be made to you.
  • Should an incorrect mailing address be provided resulting in failed delivery to your desired address, Glorissa Beauty will not be responsible for the misplaced items or any additional mailing costs.
  • In the event that the courier has attempted multiple failed deliveries of your parcel to your mailing address resulting in your parcel being returned to us, Glorissa Beauty will not be responsible for any additional mailing costs. Should you not wish to pay for additional mailing costs, your order will be forfeited and no refund will be made.

3.1 Courier Exclusions

    • Kindly note that couriers have certain exclusions to their delivery. The following are examples of restricted areas they do not delivery to: –
      • Changi Airport (Transit & Departure Area)
      • Cargo Complex
      • Alps Avenue
      • PSA Terminal
      • Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island
      • We also do not deliver to off island areas such as Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Lazarus Island and overseas deliveries.

International Orders

  • Glorissa Beauty currently ships internationally.
  • We have partnered with Easyship to provide you the best available shipping options. You will be provided with multiple options during checkout and you may choose the one best suited for you. Delivery timings for each option is also indicated during checkout. Do note that delivery timings shown do not include Glorissa Beauty's standard order processing time, and are only estimates of the number of days you can expect to receive your order after it has shipped.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information to track your order.
  • Do note that there is limited tracking for DHL eCommerce - Packet Plus. Should you choose this option, Glorissa Beauty will not be responsible for any lost mail or damaged items during shipping.
  • Glorissa Beauty ships your package DDU, duties and taxes unpaid. We do not collect GST, VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what these charges may be. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
  • Should an incorrect mailing address be provided resulting in failed delivery to your desired address, Glorissa Beauty will not be responsible for the misplaced items or any additional mailing costs. Should you not wish to pay for additional mailing costs, your order will be forfeited and no refund will be made.
