Exchange Policy

  • Glorissa Beauty does not accept returns or refunds on goods sold.
  • Glorissa Beauty accepts exchange on non-customized, non-clearance items if items are deemed faulty by Glorissa Beauty or the wrong product has been sent.
  • Glorissa Beauty has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for exchange and reserves the right to reject any exchanges if they are deemed unfit for exchange. Items damaged during shipment are not eligible for exchange.
  • Merchandise for exchange should be strictly unused, not damaged and in resalable condition with original packaging/plastic cover intact to be eligible for exchange.
  • Merchandise can only be exchanged for the exact same merchandise purchased. Should that product be out of stock, merchandise can be exchanged for products which are of lower or similar price value within 10 working days of receipt of goods.
  • If you wish to exchange their product for a product of a higher value, you will have to top-up the difference bearable by you.
  • Glorissa Beauty is not liable for any damage during shipping.

Exchange Method

  1. If you require an exchange of items, please email us at hello@glorissabeauty.com with details or a picture of the erroneous or faulty items.
  2. A member of our customer service staff will contact you within 2 working days upon receipt of email.
  3. Upon acknowledging that the item is faulty through pictures, you would be required to send the items back to our headquarters. Upon receiving the faulty items, we will dispatch the brand new replacement goods to you.
